WOW… What a year!

Do you ever get stuck in daily life, then look up and realise how far you’ve actually progressed?

A couple of weeks ago, I looked at our appointment book and realised we are so close to ending our first year as owners of The Lytham Dental Clinic.

We have you, our patients to thank for such a special year and we are truly grateful for your loyalty and faith in us.  

Over the last year, one thing is for certain; our children have gotten older. We have an 8 year old called Darcy and a near 3 year old, Fleur, who arrived just before Father Christmas in 2015. 

Throughout the year we have been working hard to increase our social media presence and provide our patients with a greater insight in to the enjoyment we get from looking after our patients, oh and also all the special offers we’ve been able to offer you. Those of you who visit us every 6 months might be wondering what we have done throughout the year. One of our biggest achievements is our new website. I hope you like it! We worked with Rob over at Chameleon Creative Works to build it. If you’re looking for a new website or re branding, he is excellent and has the patience of a saint (I am one tricky customer)! I can thoroughly recommend him. 

Another break through was being able to offer finance to more patients thus enabling them to have the treatment they desire. 

During the year Stuart, myself, Lydia and Sophie have enjoyed trips back to my home city of Manchester to learn how to provide an even better patient journey. The year long course has been invaluable as we pride ourselves on our excellent service.

To further enhance his knowledge Stuart is studying for his post graduate diploma in restorative dentistry to provide you with an even greater number of services. 

Over the last year we have developed an amazing team where everyone supports each other and their desire to succeed makes us feel very proud. We are all looking forward to another year at The Lytham Dental Clinic and we are excited to see what opportunities that brings. 

So to conclude our first ever blog, on the 5th December 2018, you will find us opening a bottle of Champagne to celebrate what has been our biggest achievement: a year as practice owners and what a great year it has been!
